Our agaves are slow roasted in stone overs to produce the sweet honey that has been part of Mexico’s history for centuries.

Beneath the La Cofradía distillery lies a hidden treasure: natural spring water from the slopes of the Volcán de Tequila. Sustainably sourced and naturally purified through lava over the years, this water is rich in life-enhancing minerals, giving it a unique taste profile. We use this exceptional water to craft our tequila, infusing it with the essence of the volcano itself.
